Professional Development Presentation

MSIS students who have been successful at getting interviews and internships and Courtney Olson, the primary IU recruiter from KPMG, will give you the "inside scoop" on how to act at professional events to maximize your chances of landing an interview. 

You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you have about professional events or getting an internship/job in general. If you want to know how to get noticed by recruiters and increase your chances of getting your dream job, I highly encourage you to attend this unique event.

Portfolio Optimization Project Call out

Folks,

A friend of mine (with 2 years experience from a BIG Four Consulting Firm) and myself are planning to build out an excel based portfolio optimizer model. We understand there might be several variances available right now, but by working through the model we will get to learn a lot about business intelligence and financial risk calculations.
